By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit card, and other electronic payment methods. For more extensive details, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Payment is to be made in full at the conclusion of the service.

  2. Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  3. Distance Charge: We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for services performed outside our standard service area. The distance fee will be calculated based on the distance driven to the location where we are servicing your vehicle.

  4. Liability: We take great care in providing quality service, but we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle that occurs during the service. We will, however, take responsibility for any damage caused by our negligence.

  5. Service Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work and will do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

  6. Appointment Availability: We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but availability may be limited during peak periods. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

  7. Safety: For safety reasons, please remove any valuable items from your vehicle prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
